Impress your friends and family with delicate, delectable macarons right from your own kitchen. These quintessentially French cookies can be tricky to make. Chef Chocla Lea will walk you through every step of the process. We’ll cover the essentials from meringue making to macronage, piping with precision to achieving the perfect pied (foot).

  • CANCELLATION POLICY: A full refund will be issued if cancellations are received at least 7 days prior to the class date. If cancellations are made less than 7 days from the class date, a refund will only be issued if the class spot can be sold.
  • In the event that UA-PTC must cancel a class, registrants will have the choice to receive a full class refund or transfer to another Community Education class.
  • The only thing you need to bring is the willingness to learn!
