Join us for an evening with the Tidy Life staff and learn to tidy your mind, body, and space!

Mind: Certified Yoga Instructor, Wendy Donley leads a guided yoga flow, demonstrating relaxation techniques that integrate mind, body, and breath.

Body: Registered Dietitian, Emily Youngblood gives clinically proven nutritional advice and practical tips that make preparing meals for work and home easier.

Space: Certified KonMari Consultant, Sue Fehlberg shares a simple, joy-filled method for decluttering and organizing, creating a peaceful environment in both home and office.

TIDY NEST: Sue is honored and excited to be the first and only Certified KonMari Consultant in Arkansas. The KonMari Methodâ„¢, made famous by Marie Kondo, author of The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up is simple. We help you declutter first, then decide where to store everything you've chosen to keep. Once your home is tidied, it's unbelievably simple to keep it that way, leaving you more time to spend on family, friends or hobbies that spark joy.

Wendy received her yoga instructor certification in April 2017 and has been teaching in various venues 3-4 times per week since then. Youngblood, Emily

Emily received her BS in Human Nutrition from the University of Central Arkansas in 2016 and went on to complete a post-graduate dietetic internship at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences.
