She will not only help you master the basics, but also explain the process with depth and give you opportunities to be creative. In this series of classes, you will learn how to cook common popular Chinese dishes, use different type of sauces and seasonings, and make special Chinese holiday food. Each class is a stand-alone session. She will share two to three recipes in each class. Students will have great hands-on experience.
Everybody loves noodles. Noodle is an important part of Asian cuisine, just like spaghetti to Italian food. There are literally hundreds if not thousands of noodle recipes. In this class, you will learn wheat noodle soup, rice noodle soup, noodle with sauces and garnish/side dishes. After this class, you will have a different view on noodles and more ways to handle them.
