Your friends and family won't forget waking up to the sweet smells of butter, cinnamon, and brown sugar permeating through the house from your fresh baked cinnamon rolls! Want to know how it is done? Join Chef Wendy Schay in the kitchen to find out! During class you will learn the basic techniques of creating a sweet dough which include mixing, kneading, rolling, hand shaping your rolls, and properly proofing. You will also see a demonstration on how to make pecan sticky buns. Wait until you taste these warm treats straight out of the oven! Take home a half dozen big cinnamon rolls that you bake, recipes, and the knowledge to recreate these sweet treats at home.
