Culinary Camp Level 1 - Students will rotate through different "stations" of a classical kitchen to create the components for a variety of dishes. Knife cuts, cooking methods and desserts will be covered. Students will also learn the importance of cleaning and sanitizing along with scaling and organization in a kitchen. Each camper will receive a camp t-shirt and culinary kit. This camp is best suited for ages 10 - 17 years old.
