Youth Culinary Camp - Level 2 - Session 2: Continental Cuisine

Students will continue to hone their knife skills and learn advanced fundamentals of cooking and baking while they taste the cuisines of Europe, North America, South America, Asia, and Africa.
***This is a Level Two camp. Culinary I must be completed before enrolling in this camp.

- CANCELLATION POLICY: 100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before the first day of camp. Cancellations occurring within 30 days from the start of camp will only receive a refund only if the camp spot can be sold.
UA-PTC Face Mask Policy: For protection against COVID-19, all students and staff are required to wear a face mask or shield while in all UA-PTC facilities. We will have extra masks on hand for anyone in need.
