Students will learn the fundamentals of culinary arts & baking as they work through different stations to create different a variety of menus. Knife skills, basic cooking techniques, breads, and desserts are covered, along with sanitation, teamwork, organization, and leadership skills.

  • CANCELLATION POLICY: 100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before the first day of camp. Cancellations occurring within 30 days from the start of camp will only receive a refund only if the camp spot can be sold.
    UA-PTC Face Mask Policy: For protection against COVID-19, all students and staff are required to wear a face mask or shield while in all UA-PTC facilities.  We will have extra masks on hand for anyone in need.
