Get cheesy and have fun with Chef Angela Nix!
Students will learn how to make fresh Mozzarella and Ricotta cheese. Learn how to turn salt, water, and cheese curds into delicious, mozzarella! Then, the class will turn its attention to making hand-made ravioli that is stuffed with fresh Ricotta. Learn about origin, types, storage, and a variety of ways to use your cheese. Each student will get to take home everything made, plus, recipes with tips and tricks so you can keep making cheese long after you leave class.
