There is nothing more delicious than fresh pasta, and making it yourself is much easier than you might think. Learn how to make the perfect pasta dough by hand, which can be the base for endless variations and shapes. Then, you will perfect flavorful, complementary sauces to pair with your handmade noodles. Renew your passion for pasta by learning the skills for making it from scratch, creating flavorsome, and satisfying new dishes.

    Community Education Cancellation Policy:
    A full refund will be issued if registration is canceled at least 7 days prior to the start of class.  Cancellations made less than 7 days from the class date, will not receive a refund unless the class spot can be sold.

    In the chance that UA-PTC must cancel a class, registrants will have the choice of receiving a full class refund or transferring to another Community Education class.
