Class 1: Build-A-Dragon
In honor of Appreciate a Dragon Day, which falls on January 16, 2023, students will learn how to create a dragon cake topper by using a variety of materials. From fondant to modeling chocolate, students design into individual shapes, then, join the pieces together to create a strong and unique dragon. Add textures, details, food coloring, and lusters to bring your dragon to life! Use these skills to make a wide variety of creatures and toppers on future cakes.
