Kids will create three Easter treats just in time for the holiday!   Learn how to make Rice Krispie Egg Pops, Cinna-Bunny Twists, and Strawberry Shortcakes.  Leave class with all prepared treats and recipes.

    Community Education Cancellation Policy: A full refund will be issued if registration is canceled at least 7 days prior to the start of class.  Cancellations made less than 7 days from the class date, will not receive a refund unless the class spot can be sold. In the chance that UA-PTC must cancel a class, registrants will have the choice of receiving a full refund or transferring to another Community Education class.

Jeffers, Kim

My name is Chef Kim Jeffers. I am a graduate of the pastry program at UA-PTC and a current instructor.  I am also a current Culinary student at UA-PTC and have an interest in the sweet and savory.  I have been cooking and baking since I could stand on a chair with my mom and grandma. My favorite things to bake are pies and pastries. I am fascinated by the complexities of food and exploring the endless possibilities as a teacher and life-long learner.  My husband and 4 boys motivate and encourage me in the kitchen and make excellent live-in taste testers and food critics.
