Action Figures: Dynamic Figure Drawing (Ages 15 – 18)
Youth After School | Available
Learn the basics of figure drawing with an emphasis on active and dynamic poses! We will learn to make the human figure a little less intimidating to draw by covering topics such as simplification, gesture drawing, basic anatomy, foreshortening, line of action, and more.
- This class will require working with photographs of the semi-nude figure in the context of life drawing. Students and parents should be made aware of this ahead of time. Additionally, we will be working with charcoal, so make sure to wear clothing you don't mind getting messy.
Classes are confirmed one week prior to the start date. In order to help us confirm classes, please register as early as possible.
