Origami is the relaxing yet challenging Japanese art of folding paper to create shapes and figures. Students will make a variety of creations using cutting and folding techniques. We’ll paint and decorate paper and make things like fans, flowers and stars.

Lynalise Woodlief is a studio jeweler and fine artist, born and bred in Richmond, VA. She graduated from VCU where she studied design, sculpture and metalsmithing. She combines mediums such as glass and metal to convey a sense of humor, warmth and organic elegance.
