The goal of this course is to create mixed media paintings in a minimum size of 12" x 12". Using acrylic painting techniques, layering and collage, we'll work together to make paintings, based on design and composition principles, in a style that seems natural to you. Through demonstrations, we'll explore a variety of GOLDEN products that may be unfamiliar to you and that you may want to later add to your arsenal of art supplies. We'll work on the paintings during class as well as between classes as homework.
