Fauvism: Paint Like a Wild Beast
Class | This program has been canceled
Fauvism is a joyful style of painting with vivid, non-naturalistic use of color that flourished in Paris in the early 1900s. Fauvist painters were nicknamed Les Fauves which means 'wild beasts’. Students will learn how to create expressionistic art in this painterly style, maximizing intense colors with simple forms. All levels are welcome.
