Alcohol Ink Painting
Adult Classes | Available
Explore how to use and manipulate alcohol inks on different materials such as yupo paper and ceramic tiles. Demonstrations will provide students with a clearer understanding of how to approach the medium and learn about color combinations, shapes & creating textures. It is a very forgiving medium, so it can be easy to “erase” mistakes, yet it can also be challenging as the ink expands and can take over other colors. My teaching style is to encourage engagement between students and instructor, as well as with other students. I want students to succeed on their artistic journey by gaining insight and knowledge. I provide demos, inspiration, and active involvement in my student’s expression while offering guidance and direction.
