Alcohol Ink Painting On Tiles
Adult Classes | Available
This class introduces students to using alcohol inks on tiles. You can wipe away things you don’t like on this surface, so it offers the artist the chance to begin again. This option differs from other mediums you use with alcohol inks, so there is more forgiveness with using tiles, and the inks are also much brighter on white tiles. Demonstrations will help students understand how to manipulate the inks on tile.
$25 supply fee due to instructor at first class for specialty materials
Alcohol inks: color choice and the brand is up to you; however, do not purchase cheap inks as the quality is too poor; I would suggest Pinata or Ranger Tim Holtz brands—I would choose at least 6 different colors.
