Explore alcohol inks using isopropyl alcohol, a blender, a heat gun, brushes, and air to create beautiful works of art on different mediums. I will be emphasizing the focal point of your piece in this class, how to create hard and soft lines and how to control the movement and flow of the inks.  I will do demonstrations, so you understand and learn the importance of the different materials to create your designs on various surfaces. Inks can be a very forgiving medium, so it can be easy to “erase” mistakes, and it can also be a bit mind-blowing with the expanding properties of the inks and how vibrant it is.

  • Masks are required to be worn by all students, regardless of vaccination status.

  • $35 supply fee due to instructor at 1st meeting for specialty supplies.

Inks stains your skin and clothes, so be sure to wear gloves and wear a comfortable shirt, comfy shoes, and an apron.
