ONSITE: Wet-Felted Landscapes (this class is only offered a few times a year)
Adult Intensive | This class is completed
Beginners in this class will use colorful wool roving, soap and friction to create soft landscapes while exploring basic wet felting skills, materials and techniques. Students will fuse fabric and wool to create a felt rendition of an outdoor place or setting they love or feel inspired by and also have the chance to see many completed samples of what is possible with felting.
- Bring photos of a landscape you feel inspired by. Please no buildings. Wet felting is physically active, please be prepared to be on your feet most of class.
Classes are confirmed one week prior to the start date. In order to help us confirm classes, please register as early as possible.
This is an On-site course. Students must follow current Covid-19 protocols, as outlined on our website. On-site courses do not come with studio access outside of class time. Paid open studio access is available through our Studio Access Program. Please visit visarts.org for more information.
