ONSITE: Paper Quilling a Holiday Card
Adult Intensive | This class has been canceled
Design and create one holiday card while learning about the history of 18th century paper quilling (quilling filigree) and how the art form has evolved. Students will use strips of paper that are rolled into coils, shaped, and glued together to create decorative designs. We'll also learn to use quilling tools and techniques to manipulate paper into various shapes.
If under age 18, must also register with an adult. Hand and finger dexterity is necessary to use the quilling tools.
Classes are confirmed one week prior to the start date. In order to help us confirm classes, please register as early as possible.
This is an On-site course. Students must follow current Covid-19 protocols, as outlined on our website. On-site courses do not come with studio access outside of class time. Paid open studio access is available through our Studio Access Program. Please visit visarts.org for more information.
