ONSITE: Who Am I: Understanding the Self-Portrait
Youth After School | This class has been canceled
Self-portraits can sometimes be seen as challenging or awkward. Using their own medium of choice, students will be directed to turn their attention toward themselves with the idea of self-exploration and discovery. With the intention to reflect, accept and translate, students will learn how to utilize the elements and principles of art to objectively or abstractly create a series of self-portraits that convey an array of cherished memories and/or emotions.
