Mindfulness is paying attention to what’s happening, what you're doing, and the space you're moving through. We'll explore how combining art and nature can help you become more mindful. Enjoy the fun and relaxing benefits of making beautiful art inspired by nature!

  • Students will often be outside in this class, so please dress appropriately.
