This class is a perfect next step after Introduction to Metal Jewelry. The emphasis will be on creative design, and the instructor will supervise and guide independent projects. Various metalworking techniques will be demonstrated and used in class, including advanced soldering with wire, constructing forms, creating more advanced jewelry mechanisms, and the proper polishing of finished pieces. Tuition covers some materials costs, but students will need to purchase some additional materials and tools.
