Do you have pieces of clothing you love, but you’ve worn through them? Do you love the idea of giving old garments new life? Get in on the slow fashion movement and extend the life of your clothes. We’ll learn various techniques to repair, reinforce and embellish your favorite pieces of clothing using basic embroidery and applique techniques.

Greenwood, Holly

Holly Greenwood is an artist and teacher and human being. She has taught in public and private schools and lots of other places and loves the diversity at VisArts. She can be found walking her dog in the woods or making little clay animals, both of which satisfy her love of nature and the universe. The best part of teaching is learning a new point of view from the students in her classes.
