Have you always wanted to try wheel throwing? Come throw a pot using white stoneware, then fire and finish your pieces using food-safe glaze colors.

  • Please bring an old towel or apron. All other materials provided.
  • Classes are confirmed one week prior to the start date. In order to help us confirm classes, please register as early as possible.
Wicks, Emily

Emily was born in Seattle WA, and currently resides in Richmond, VA. Wicks received her BFA in Craft + Material Studies in 2016 from Virginia Commonwealth University School of the Arts, concentrating in Ceramics and Textiles. She is the Program Coordinator at Quirk Gallery, a Ceramics Instructor and Clay Studio Monitor at the Visual Arts Center.
