Explore the properties of metals and learn how to use basic metalworking tools. We’ll cover techniques such as forging, drilling, texturing and soldering. The instructor will discuss and demonstrate each technique, which students can use to create their original designs.

  • Classes are confirmed one week prior to the start date. In order to help us confirm classes, please register as early as possible.

Lynalise Woodlief is a studio jeweler and fine artist, born and bred in Richmond, VA. She graduated from VCU where she studied design, sculpture and metalsmithing. She combines mediums such as glass and metal to convey a sense of humor, warmth and organic elegance.
