“Mixed media” art combines multiple visual art media for maximum effect. We’ll look at ways to bring wet and dry painting and drawing methods together. You’ll learn how layers of oil washes can be combined with soft pastels and how ink can enhance charcoal drawings. Plan to practice these methods by drawing from observation.

  • Prerequisite: a beginner drawing and/or painting class.
  • Classes are confirmed one week prior to the start date. In order to help us confirm classes, please register as early as possible.
  • This weekend workshop is from 10-4 on Saturday and 1-4 on Sunday.
