The news outlet 60 Minutes has crafted hard-hitting, documentary-style stories to break news for over 50 years. In this class, you’ll learn how to use Adobe Premiere by cutting together an interview on a subject and using coverage, or b-roll, to support and supplement the story being told.This is not just a technical skills class. Editing is not only for cutting out extraneous footage, it’s the final step in powerful storytelling. All students will get the same interview footage, but it’s up to them to craft the story in their own way. Cultivate your storytelling skills while learning a powerful, industry-standard editing program.

  • Classes are confirmed one week prior to the start date. In order to help us confirm classes, please register as early as possible.
  • Please bring an external hard drive (not a thumb drive) with at least 100 GB of free space.
