Continue developing your sewing skills in pattern usage, altering and fitting. You can work on new or existing projects with guidance from the instructor. We’ll cover hand and machine sewing techniques, including how to use a serger and how to install a variety of seams, pockets, and closures such as zippers and buttonholes. Demonstrations will be provided for all techniques. This is a good class for re-entry students and students who have completed a sewing class.

  • This is a good class for re-entry students and students who have completed a sewing class. It is suitable for most all levels but may be more difficult for the absolute beginner. This class may also be repeated. Sewing machines are supplied, but you may bring your own if you prefer.
  • Classes are confirmed one week prior to the start date. In order to help us confirm classes, please register as early as possible.
