Learn to create beautiful patterns on fabric using reactive dyes. We’ll focus on low-tech and low-cost ways to print fabric using stencils, found objects and simple tools to create beautiful and experimental designs on fabric.

  • This class will meet on Saturday and Sunday from 10 AM - 4 PM.
  • Registration closes one week before class starts to accommodate material ordering. A lunch break will be provided. Students are encouraged to bring a bagged lunch.
  • All materials are provided; participants will get a portion of cotton fabric to print. Bring a pair of rubber dishwashing style rubber gloves and wear "studio" clothes; the dyes used in this class will stain clothing.
