Learn to combine images, words and visual elements together to communicate an idea. You’ll get hands-on opportunities to learn the basic ideas of graphic design. We’ll also explore form and color, typography, page layout, use of images, as well as applying design at different scales and on various platforms using InDesign Software. Learn to make basic designs that can be printed or presented digitally, examples could include include a brochure, poster or a logo.

  • Classes are confirmed one week prior to the start date. In order to help us confirm classes, please register as early as possible.
  • Please bring a notepad or sketchbook , pens or pencils, and a USB removable jump drive / thumb drive to save your work.

Dennis Balk is an artist an designer. He has worked in advertising agencies in New York for many years. He has also exhibited art work in International galleries. During the previous decade Mr. Balk was the Director of the Computer Graphics and Multimedia Department at Bangkok University.
