Autumn Plein Air Watercolor Workshop - NEW!
Adult Intensive | This class is completed
Spend an autumn afternoon in one of Richmond’s parks or greenspaces learning to paint the fall foliage! We'll meet at VisArts in the morning to go over materials, basic goals and a few techniques. Then, we'll decide as a group where to paint for the rest of the day. Once on site, you can start your painting and I will individually spend time with each student to give advice, explain techniques and give you a better understanding of watercolor landscape painting and drawing.
- This class will meet on Saturday from 10 AM - 4 PM, and Sunday 1 PM - 4 PM.
- While Watercolor painting is highlighted you are welcome to bring in other Sketching or drawing material-pen and ink, pastels, pencil etc. are all welcome. Prerequisite-Students should have some experience with watercolor and how it is used. If it rains we will schedule a rain date on next weekend.
