Learn to combine a discharging chemical and ancient, Japanese tie-dye techniques to pattern cotton fabric, a silk scarf and a t-shirt. You’ll start with solid color and end up with unique designs.

  • This class will meet on Saturday and Sunday from 10 AM - 4 PM.
  • Registration closes one week before class starts to accommodate material ordering. A lunch break will be provided. Students are encouraged to bring a bagged lunch.
  • All materials are provided; participants will get a portion of dischargeable cotton fabric, silk scarf and t-shirt. Bring a pair of rubber dishwashing style rubber gloves and wear "studio" clothes; the chemicals used in this class will stain clothing.
