Discover the magic of relief printmaking! Explore color and texture in order to create one-of-a-kind prints. Experiment with foam plates, linoleum and found and recycled objects such as bubble wrap and string. Learn about professional printmaking tools and processes while experimenting and having fun!

Polich Snellings, Kristin

Kristin Polich Snellings is a fiber artist and art educator living and working in Richmond, VA. She creates delicate fiber pieces that walk the line between drawing and installation. Snellings studied art at Hollins University and has continued her education at Penland School of Crafts during her summers off from teaching. She has participated in artist residencies at The Virginia Center for the Creative Arts, The Torpedo Factory, Arrowmont, and Penland. Snellings has taught high school art for twelve years and is currently teaching at Saint Gertrude High School. www.kristinpolich.com
