Bump up your bezel setting skills! This is a class for those with silver soldering experience who want to hone their bezel setting skills. Ideally you have tried a couple bezel settings but want to learn tips and tricks to become more efficient. Students will fabricate bezel settings for cabochons and set the stones during class. Students will be provided with a few practice stones and sterling silver but may bring their own material for more practice.

  • Completion of basic metals class required. Proficiency in basic silver soldering and fabricating will allow students to get the most out of the material covered in class.
  • Classes are confirmed one week prior to the start date. In order to help us confirm classes, please register as early as possible.
  • This is an On-site course. On-site courses do not come with studio access outside of class time. Paid open studio access is available through our Studio Access Program: if interested please visit visarts.org. Students must follow social distancing protocols and wear masks at all times. For more info visit visarts.org.
