Learn the basics of watercolor painting. We’ll begin by mixing colors with an overview of watercolor techniques, such as at on wet and wet on dry, layering, salt and plastic wrap. Then we’ll explore a variety of simple but effective brush strokes that will help you watercolor with confidence! The focus of this 3-hour workshop will be summer themed as we paint jellyfish, a beach landscape, and a sunset.

  • Due to a set of stairs, this classroom is not wheelchair accessible.

    This is an ONSITE course. All onsite students are required to be vaccinated against COVID-19. Students are expected to adhere to our COVID-19 policies. Onsite courses do not come with studio access outside of class time. Paid open studio access is available through our Studio Access Program. For more info please visit visarts.org.
