Create your own whimsical-shaped woven art! We will cover warping a metal frame loom into fun, playful shapes and basic weaving stitches to create texture and interest.

  • This is an ONSITE course. All onsite students are required to be vaccinated against COVID-19. Students are expected to adhere to our COVID-19 policies. Onsite courses do not come with studio access outside of class time. Paid open studio access is available through our Studio Access Program. For more info please visit visarts.org.

Natalie picked up weaving at the start of 2020 and quickly embraced Fiber Arts as a way to process life and connect with community. She received her BFA from VCU and MFA from Pratt in Painting. Her work explores nature through color, texture, and the amazing, transformative properties of fiber.
