Come try your hand at making whimsical wire ornaments! In this class, you'll learn to shape and texture metal using hammers and pliers then add beads to our design and fasten all the pieces together to create a unique ornament.

  • All materials are provided. If under age 18, must also register with an adult.
  • Classes are confirmed one week prior to the start date. In order to help us confirm classes, please register as early as possible.
  • Students must follow current Covid-19 protocols, as outlined by our website. For more info visit visarts.org. This is an On-site course. On-site courses do not come with studio access outside of class time. Lynalise Woodlief is a studio jeweler and fine artist, born and bred in Richmond, VA. She graduated from VCU where she studied design, sculpture and metalsmithing. She combines mediums such as glass and metal to convey a sense of humor, warmth and organic elegance.
