How can I login if I don't know my username / password?

You can retrieve your Username or change your Username and Password, click here.

How do I check if I have a membership?

Log-in -> click Membership, if you see an Active collapsible panel/bar, it means you already purchased one. You may click the bar to expand it and select Manage to check or update your current membership information.

I have an account, how do I add students under my account?

After you login, from the Filters Program there is a drop-down where you can select the Add Adult/Child button.
