This course meets the requirements for learning infant, child, and adult CPR & first aid. Certificates are valid for two years. Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before the class starts to allow time for check-in.

This hands-on course covers fundamental techniques for cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) for adults, children, and infants, as well as first aid procedures for common injuries and medical emergencies.
Our certified instructor will guide you through step-by-step instructions on how to perform CPR, use an automated external defibrillator (AED), and administer first aid for conditions such as choking, bleeding, burns, and fractures. The training incorporates practical skills practice, interactive scenarios, and up-to-date guidelines to ensure you are well-prepared to handle emergencies.
