  In this 4-part series, Chef Immy Lum will focus on teaching students how to work with traditional Asian-style ingredients, creating dishes that are innovative and flavorful.  This series will meet four times and will focus on Gyoza Dumplings, Steam Bao (Buns), Pancit Bihon Noodles, and Filipino Spring Rolls.

Class 4: Filipino Spring Rolls (Lumpia Shanghai)

Lumpia Shanhai has Chinese origins and traveled to the Philippines with ninth-century Chinese traders and has been a crowd-pleaser throughout the world, ever since.  Master the art of rolling traditional Filipino spring rolls stuffed with a variety of ingredients and create Sweet Chili Sauce for dipping.

  • Age Requirements: 14 and up.  Kids between the ages of 10-13 may enroll with a registered adult.

    Community Education Cancellation Policy: A full refund will be issued if registration is canceled at least 7 days prior to the start of class.  Cancellations made less than 7 days from the class date, will not receive a refund unless the class spot can be sold. In the chance that UA-PTC must cancel a class, registrants will have the choice of receiving a full refund or transferring to another Community Education class.
