Designed for intermediate and advanced painters, this one-day course covers solutions for working with a variety of water-based paint, including color theory, brushwork, and mixed-media possibilities. Come away with a deeper understanding of this medium, its expressive possibilities, and the tools for integrating it into your creative life.

  • This class is designed for intermediate and advanced painters who have work in progress and need a fresh eye. It may be particularly relevant to artists who have worked with me via Zoom. This course is designed for use with materials that you already have on hand, but refer to supply list if you need suggestions.

Due to a set of stairs, this classroom is not wheelchair accessible.

This is an On-site course. Students must follow current Covid-19 protocols, as outlined on our website. On-site courses do not come with studio access outside of class time. Paid open studio access is available through our Studio Access Program. Please visit visarts.org for more information.
